"Kammerrock"

"Kammerrock"What's behind this term? Well, it's how RASTLOS named their style of music. It's not supposed to be in dependence on the progressive "Chamber-Rock" of the 1970's but rather a combination of different styles. The forms of classical chamber music start a liaison with a concept of power and modernity. It's today's life wrapped in traditional forms!CajónWhat makes a classical guitarist start playing Cajón? The first thought goes to his Hispanic roots. Far from it... One evening in the year 2006 at a Jam-Session-Party he searched for a chair but what he found was a wooden box with quite a nice sound. Being in Hamburg, the city of Cajón-masters like Conny Sommer and Martin Röttger, made it a lot easier to get some inspiration. After having caught fire for this instrument Germán started developing his own style of playing and converting the Cajón into a chamber drum kit.
