He had his first guitar lessons at the age of 15 with Juri Zirjanov in the municipal school of arts number 29. At the age of 17 Alexander switched to the technical school of culture and arts where he remained having classes with Juri Zirjanov. He won different competitions in his hometown. In the years 2000 and 2001 Alexander was given a scholarship for children and adolescents by the town of Nowosibirsk.In June 2001 Alexander came to Germany and adopted the German citizenship. Two years later he started studying guitar at the University for Music and Theater, Hamburg with the professors Klaus Hempel and Olaf van Gonnissen. Alexander finished his studies in 2008 and received his diplomas as concert guitarist and graduated music educator. Since November 2005 Alexander Mironov is a scholarship holder of the association "Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Hamburg".Alexander Mironov gives classes at the music school Barsbüttel and at the music school Heiko Lepél in Neu Wulmstorf. Furthermore he is a member of the Libertas-Ensemble (www.libertas-ensemble.de). Alexander is composer and guitarist in the band RASTLOS.
